A Journey through Korea with PHP

I built this website in order to learn how to create a simple content management system with PHP and MySQL. I needed content to fill the database, and what better content than the experience I collected during my one year in South Korea.

Kimchi Jars

This website has a simple relational database to store the blog information and related images. The entries are managed with a password-protected administrative panel.

There are several PHP classes used for uploading images, auto generating thumbnails, and handling form data.

The header was created in Photoshop, a composite of two photos that were taken at Gwangali Beach.
