The Application Process

-Submit an application to the recruiting agency
-Obtain reference letters
-Write a personal statement and teaching philosophy
-Obtain a criminal background check
-Get government Apostilles from the state capitol
-Get a notarized copy of diploma
-Write sample lesson plans
-FedEx all application materials to recruiting agency
-Go through a final interview with the Korean Ministry of Education
-All while taking an online course in TEFL.
